At Bois Magnin: Deployment of the First Operations

Le Bois Magnin, a natural site located in the Jura, has recently begun defining its first ecological restoration operations. This project, led by our partner Le Printemps des Terres, aims to preserve and restore the biodiversity of this forest while ensuring a sustainable supply of wood. It is now underway.

The first step in restoring the site will be the removal of a dam, allowing the continuity of a watercourse to be restored. By enabling a freer flow, this intervention will help replenish wetlands and restore natural habitats.

Thus, the initial operations mark a significant step toward the ecological restoration of Bois Magnin. This project represents a promising future for biodiversity restoration.
